Planets
A Self-Awareness, Empathy, and Non-Violent Communication Practice for Leaders and Team members
The Planets Activity is a reflective and relational practice that helps leaders map the inner landscape that drives their behaviour at work. Using a simple metaphor of three concentric circles, participants identify their core needs (NVC), the feelings that arise when these needs are met or unmet, and the observable actions they take on the “surface” as a result. By distinguishing clearly between needs, feelings, and behaviours, leaders gain a deeper understanding of their own patterns and those of others. This creates a foundation of empathy, emotional literacy, and shared language that enhances collaboration, reduces misinterpretation, and supports more human, responsible leadership.
It has been a highly acclaimed activity for every team and training session, and it is easy to deliver while having the greatest impact on the workshop or training.

Best Possible Self is a reflective visualization and journaling exercise coming from positive psychology that puts in the spotlight participants' positive orientation towards themselves and their best characteristics.
It invites participants to imagine themselves in the future, living their most fulfilling and meaningful life; a life aligned with their values, strengths, and passions.
This activity helps boost optimism, motivation, positive perspective towards self and clarity on values.
It is great in the context of personal development, coaching, goal-setting, personal strengths or wellbeing workshops, as it encourages participants to make a vivid and inspiring picture of their ideal self and to consider what daily actions might help bring that vision closer to reality.
It can be followed by e.g. step-by-step plan towards that future, or goal-setting exercise.
Positive Emotions or Happiness Boosters
A quick, simple, and powerful reflective exercise to help participants identify activities that spark positive feelings in their daily lives. It is great for those who would like to have more positive emotions, but also more well-being, or energy.
RICE Scoring Model
A collaborative prioritization framework where teams apply the RICE scoring model (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort) to evaluate and rank ideas, projects, or initiatives.
