Humans live in language. It defines what we do, how we do it, and why we do it. Language is the bedrock of our cultures and societies. As with fish in water, we go about our daily business without paying much attention to the language around us and how it influences us. Information architect and author, Jorge Arango developed Semantic Environment Mapping years ago to make visible the everyday language through which we so naively swim.
Participants will be split in groups and will have to decide on a ranking of the characters from the story.
Participants will be split in teams and asked to build a bridge with the given materials.
One person turns to the person next to them & makes a sound & motion,
person 2 responds with complementary sound & motion.
play is passed around the circle (2 to 3, etc.)
A fun way for participants to break the ice and interact with each other.
Die Marshmallow-Challenge kann in mehreren Teams stattfinden, die dann gegeneinander antreten oder in Gruppen innerhalb eines Team. Pro Gruppe max. drei bis sechs TeilnehmerInnen. Wie viele Teams dann insgesamt an der Challenge teilnehmen, ist flexibel gestaltbar. Bei Gruppen mit mehr als 30 TN empfehlen wir 2 bis 3 ModeratorInnen.
