Listening And Awareness Workshop Activities

Sounds are tossed around the group as if they are physical objects. 

Pass a sound & motion, repeating only what was shared with you

10 seconds for the group to form a group 'snapshot' tableau

In group establish 1 pattern with "you" and change places. Establish 2nd pattern with a category. Run both patterns at once

The group silently walks around the room and stops and starts at the same time.  

Instructor established several games and gives numbers to each one. Instructor calls out the number of the game and group quickly takes that shape/pattern/action.

Then establish a new pattern, add new categories, run both at the same time.
