Hoshin empowers individuals within the organization to make decisions by defining tactics for scenario-design.

In pairs, partners find 3 unusual things they have in common. Then each pair chooses one to share with the group. 

The activity shed a light on the importance of collaboration and how often what is clear for us can be confusing to someone else thus the method can be used to stress the effects of team communication, misunderstandings and shared knowledge.

An Emoji story is a method to interpret collected data by translating it into a story. In the story, you leave out specific words that describe important and emotional concepts and change them for Emoji‘s.

To be used after having collected data of user behaviour, context and emotions.

Here's what the three letters of the acronym stand for: constructive, immediate, and active. Whenever someone shares some news about positive things that happened to her, react constructively, immediately, and actively. This strengthens your relationship and makes both of you happy.
