Players pass a letter of the alphabet in pairs, focusing on receiving the emotion, embodying it and allowing it to evolve.

Fun energizer in which you play like a ninja.

Group sits in circle, one chair in the middle for VOS

Participants convey words to their partner without using their voice

The whole group imagines it is walking around on a plate balancing on a single fulcrum. Each person is partnered with another and must keep the plate balanced.

Director calls out a scene location (ie. movie theater) and everyone assumes a non-human item in the scene (ie. wad of bubble gum on the floor)

Players get in groups of three and form a “house” with the end players raising their arms in a “roof” above the inside players. There are three commands that cause the players to move:

facilitation short cuts
list of ways to instruct how to pair / group up
quickly decide which partner goes first

In 2 groups: One group is clay, and they close their eyes. The other group are sculptors.The sculptors build one sculpture out of all the `clay` players.
