3D Modelling – Personal

3D Modelling is a physical process. Participants create a sculpture that represents their current situation and the emerging possibilities of their work and life.

The process prompts questions from four vantage points, allowing for 360-degree seeing and sensing of an emerging future. The power of the practice lies in participants relying on their hands, rather than on habitual ways of thinking, to discover new insights.

Energising and Draining Activities

Track daily what energises and drains participants to reveal their strengths. Over a week, participants log the activities that lift or deplete their energy, sometimes called green and red activities, then read the pattern to surface strengths and weaknesses. Daily noticing is far more accurate than recalling it all at the end. Ideal for strengths, self-awareness and role-design work.

Human Machine

This fast and physical group gets participants moving and working together in a way that generates energy and promotes collaboration. One at a time, members of the group become parts of the “machine”, each one making a distinct physical motion and a sound, until the whole group is working together in motion, as one human machine.
