This is a fun icebreaker or energizer! Great for laughs and energy, the shedding of stress, status and roles.

A good way  to start a meeting/workshop/training to see how participants are feeling, what might be distractions that they are carrying with themselves into the room and how low/high their energy level is.

Team energiser for a virtual classroom or web conference meeting

In pairs, players mirror one another's movements.  

A quick, physical improv game that asks participants to embody an object as quickly as they can!

People develop confidence and self esteem as they discover that their achievements and skills are valuable. This is an exercise for team building and for increasing self esteem and mutual trust.

Pass around imaginary balls & other objects

Silent exercise. Three modes of walking at the top of the exercise: neutral walk, fast/hurried walk, slow walk. Then add full stop, then stop & jump, then any mode. Whole group responds when it changes.
