Remote Workshop Activities

Use a remote-friendly version of the classic note and vote exercise to generate ideas quickly, vote on the most suitable, and turn them into how might we statements your group can move forward with!

Help your team practice their pitching skills while having fun with this improv activity perfect for remote teams or virtual meetings.

Worum gehts:

Light, energising exercise that helps the group to observe the other people on the call.

By using the metaphor of a sailboat, teams can articulate what is working well and also, what is holding the organization back. Individually think about and note down:

What is moving us forward and What is Holding us back in as an organization or team.

Moving us forward: what's working for us, what's really good.

Holding us back: what challenges are we facing?

The Hybrid Team Canvas is a framework and tool to design a hybrid or remote-first team culture.

An energiser game for remote teams where participants share images of their work set-up and attempt to guess opponents' desks while bluffing their own!

Robo Word Finder sits your team around a giant letter board where little robots walk the tiles, hunting hidden words together. Everyone draws from a single shared pool of letter picks, so nobody can sweep the board alone — someone spots a word, someone walks it, and the team decides together whether it's worth the picks. Quick to teach and easy to drop in, it's a short, collaborative break for a remote team, with boards in nine languages.

Touch Blue is a classic energiser that is quick and easy fun for remote teams too! Challenge participants to find objects on their desk that match the attributes you select and have fun doing so!

Easy and fun way to review content or atmosphere at the end of a group activity (or in between) in 5 minutes.
