Canvas for Us (A Silent Reflective Gallery Walk)

A quick, physical improv game that asks participants to embody an object as quickly as they can!

This is a very quick and impactful check-in for groups.

One person sculpts 2 people in relationship. Sculpted people shift their relationship to each other. 

A short activity to help participants get to know each other and themselves better by quickly stripping away the default identities we carry.

Players get in groups of three and form a “house” with the end players raising their arms in a “roof” above the inside players. There are three commands that cause the players to move:
