Participants to decide on concrete way forward in a changing/new context, to stay ahead of the game.

This exercise is ideal for a team whose members don't know one another very well but can make it difficult to apply for a group with well known people. It provides an informal platform for individuals to share personal information and build trust.

Before starting the meeting, each participants state how they feel on 3 dimensions: Physical Intellectual Emotional (PIE).

Le « World Café » est un processus créatif qui vise à faciliter le dialogue constructif et le partage de connaissances et d’idées, en vue de créer un réseau d’échanges et d’actions. Ce processus reproduit l’ambiance d’un café dans lequel les participants débattent d’une question ou d’un sujet en petits groupes autour de tables.

• Dabei geht jeweils eine Person mit der Rolle „A“ und eine Person mit Rolle „B“ zusammen.
• Das Gespräch wird geführt, wobei der jeweilige Zuhörer jeweils unterbrechen kann, um das Gehörte zusammenzufassen. Der Gesprächspartner gibt unmittelbar Feedback, ob dies stimmig war.

Anschließend läuft das Gespräch weiter.

Kurze Rückmeldung zur Übung im Plenum.

Die Teilnehmer erfahren, wie es ist, Vorwürfe mit einem ausgeprägten Sach-, Appell-, Beziehungs- und Selbstoffenbarungsohr zu hören.
