A drawing exercise that shows us how we can have different perspectives on various subjects and/or objects - demonstrating cultural diversities. It can help us unlock some of our unconscious assumptions and biases. The task is fairly simple to execute and doesn’t require more than 6 A4 pages/or post-its and a pen for each participant, or a Miro/Mural or virtual whiteboard.
Quick icebreaker to find commonalities among a group. Many facilitators from different organizations have contributed to this exercise as written.

A quick analysis to identify cause and effect of a problem
Unlike the traditional game of "2 Truths and 1 Lie," which can often turn into a competition, this activity focuses on building trust and connection. By sharing their achievements and aspirations, participants have the opportunity to get to know each other better and offer support. The goal is to create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing and receiving feedback.
