This activity aims to help the target group get better understanding on the basics of writing a professional CV. It is important for participants to know how to acknowledge and extract different aspects of their personality and experience and put it in their CV in the form of skills and competencies, so they are relevant for the desired position.

This can support you to track your successes, your

development and thus, help you to write meaningful cv and hopefully present yourself well on an interview.

Bring out the unconscious experience to a conscious level, and shape it in the form of specific skills and competencies, so you can build on them.

This workshop is intended for a big group of people to let them discover the benefits of stepping out of the comfort zone by practical activities

An Educational Game about Discrimination and Privilege

Each player randomly receives a card. Each card contains specific restrictions representing metaphorically the different obstacles people face in the labor market when trying to look for a job or when trying to reach their life goals.

Plan induction for newcomers in order to provide them all the necessary information for them to be equipped and to feel part of the team. It has to be done by a team member (a tutor) and be prepared. It may concern activities, inputs, stakeholders, ways of working, values, rituals, governance, tools, frameworks, ...

One by one players give responses that fit into a category

One person turns to the person next to them & makes a sound & motion,
person 2 responds with complementary sound & motion.
play is passed around the circle (2 to 3, etc.)

In pairs or small groups players silently become non-human objects together

One person sculpts 2 people in relationship. Sculpted people shift their relationship to each other.

One at a time, people add to create a moving, noise-making machine. 

One person mimes an activity and the next person asks 'what are you doing' They then answer with a different activity that the asker then mimes.
