Spiritual Capacity provides a powerful source of motivation, determination and endurance.

In managing energy, our physical energy forms the foundation of our energy source. When we look at PEMS, these sources of energy are not stand-alone. When we are physically drained we can lack focus or become emotionally reactive (eg. snappy). On the other hand we are sometimes able to muster up enormous energy to get things done when we are in alignment with our values and purpose (eg. activities you have a passion for).
