The Four Quadrants is a tried and true team building activity to break the ice with a group or team.

It is EASY to prep for and set up. It can be MODIFIED to work with any group and/or topic (just change the questions). It is FUN, COLORFUL and works every time!

Participants throw an invisible ball to one another through their computer screen, paying attention to how it changes as it gets passed around.    

The Stinky Fish Canvas is a visual way to address the problems teams carry around: the longer we void the conversation, the stinkier our issues get.

Small-group activity with large-group debrief. Participants create flip-chart descriptions of a day in the life of their styles and share them with the large group.
