development and thus, help you to write meaningful cv and hopefully present yourself well on an interview.

Attività di presentazione e "riscaldamento" ad inizio attività o riunione. Consente alle persone di conoscersi in modo differente, al di fuori dell'ambiente di lavoro. E' una attività che genera conversazione e relazione anche dopo l'incontro.

Silent exercise. Three modes of walking at the top of the exercise: neutral walk, fast/hurried walk, slow walk. Then add full stop, then stop & jump, then any mode. Whole group responds when it changes.
