To become aware of how you, as an individual, make decisions with the team

Would the team be a computer, it would need circuits (meaning information) and processors (meaning routines) to operate their activities.

This sequence allows the team to set up or revisit their information flow and team routines.

Information is power. If you want to empower your team, you need to give them the possibility to get the right information at the right time to operate their activities, but also to develop and grow as a team.

Ziel: Eine Gruppe unterstützen, die Prioritäten setzen und/oder sich zwischen verschiedenen Lösungen entscheiden muss.

Alle Teammitglieder beteiligen sich an der Erstellung einer Liste der gemeinsamen Ziele für den nächsten Arbeitsabschnitt (nach Dringlichkeit und Wichtigkeit geordnet).

Todos los componentes del equipo contribuyen a la creación de una lista de objetivos colectivos a alcanzar durante el siguiente período de trabajo, agrupados en términos de urgencia e importancia.

Sensibilizar en torno a sus propios estereotipos y a los estereotipos existentes en el equipo; concienciar sobre el impacto de los estereotipos en la toma de decisiones.

Proyectar el equipo hacia el futuro

Prendre conscience de ses propres stéréotypes et de ceux existants au sein de l’équipe, ainsi que de leur impact sur la prise de décision.
