In any good brainstorming session, there will come a time when there are too many good ideas, too many concepts, and too many possibilities to proceed. When this time has come, dot voting is one of the simplest ways to prioritize and converge upon an agreed solution.
Organize the day's meeting by co-creating and assigning roles among participants.
This activity helps participants to identify some of the problems that causes ineffective meetings.
Participants will be split in groups and will have to decide on a ranking of the characters from the story.

Basic Rules
Time estimation: Allow 1 min per participant who wants to share what occupies their mind.
Punctuate any hybrid event with moments in which participants joining remotely and in-person briefly get together to discuss their experiences at the gathering.

Send all the people participating in person a link to join the online call.
Tech host create as many breakout rooms as the number of attendees in the smallest cohort, pairing each with one or, if necessary, two, participants from the other group.
