Group facilitation with uncooperative people.
Have people understand how hard it can be sometimes to facilitate a meeting beause of some people and learn how to deal with some situations.
This is a typical variation of group discussion or working activities. The trainer can assign overt or secret roles to a few pax so they can exemplify how it is to work with people who do not cooperate fully. (Some examples of roles could be a distracted one, someone who always talks over other people, someone who is too shy and avoids talking, someone who always wants it his way)
