To do planning quickly
- Paper and pencils, flipchart paper and markers for reporting back
Pre-Work Required: The tasks need to be divided relatively evenly. This may not be easily done before the workshop but some thought about how to divide can be thought about.
1. Groups of two or more are given a portion of the task to create a plan of action, then
2. Report back to the group,
3. Reflect on reports,
4. Make changes,
5. Reach agreement.
