Create an agenda with the group when individual preparation is not required
To have the group create the agenda for the meeting rather than having it done ahead of time.
1. Ask individuals for agenda items,
2. Write on flipchart,
3. Ask for priority items,
4. Put a star by them,
5. Ask what sequence to address them.
6. Mark the sequence.
