State the topic. Put on whiteboard or flipchart.
1. Brainstorm the positive aspects of the topic. List on flipchart.
2. Brainstorm the negative aspects of the topic. List on flipchart.
3. Brainstorm the interesting aspects of the topic. List on flipchart.
4. Go to processing the lists.
This can be done using the following:
a. Positive (What strikes you as positive about this idea?),
b. Concerns (What concerns you about this idea?),
c. Interesting (What is interesting about this idea).
