A visual process for individuals to plan a process to a goal by drawing
Individual identification of goals and the steps to get there
Have each person split up a piece of paper into 6 boxes. (Landscape orientation is best) Number the boxes in sequence.
Box 6: First of all imagine yourself at the goal you want to reach. How does it look and feel, and how do other people like it there? Do they like you? Make a free drawing on that in box 6.
Box 1: Think about the current moment. How is it, how does it feel, how do others feel etc. What are the problems, dominant factors and so on? Draw these feelings and thoughts in box 1.
Box 2,3,4,5: Create in these boxes how the process should develop to the drawing made in box 6.
Finally write in every box how you move from one stage to the next. (The source says to write a potential block at the bottom of every box that you will have to address to move to the next stage.)
