Energizer Workshop Activities

A teamwork focused spin on the classic game, Musical Chairs. Participants must come up with creative ways to keep everybody "in" as chairs are removed!

A simple, quick-thinking energizer played in a circle where players must respond with the correct hand gestures to stay in the game!

Participants convey words to their partner without using their voice

Players get in groups of three and form a “house” with the end players raising their arms in a “roof” above the inside players. There are three commands that cause the players to move:
