Instructor established several games and gives numbers to each one. Instructor calls out the number of the game and group quickly takes that shape/pattern/action.

2 people make eye contact & then jump up and clap (or spin)

group game where one person sings in the middle and is tagged out 

establish pattern of passing within the group
pass a category of items on that pattern. 
Then establish a new pattern, add new categories, run both at the same time.

Partners quickly form a sound & motion "sculpture" in response to a word that gets tossed to them, then word association continues.
