Goal

To create group agreement about the focus of the meeting that is being held.

  • markers
  • etc.

Instructions

Before

Number of participants: 26-50

Time needed: 15 - 3 minutes

During

1. Each person brainstorm the one question you think we need to deal with today.

2. Share the questions.

3. Look for similarities in the questions,

4. Summarize the underlying question that we all need to deal with today. 

After
