Goal

To seek alignment between the facilitator's goals, the organizations goals and the participants goals so that we can then ACT aligned and achieve those personal AND organizational goals

  • paper and markers

Instructions

Before

Pre-Work Required: The facilitator needs to create a clear and concise list of goals for the program that can be shared with the participants

Type of Facilitator-Client Relationship: any

Facilitator personality fit: none


During

1. As the group to list their personal goals for the session.

2. Put those up on the flipchart paper.

3. The facilitator puts up their list of goals. These should also include the organizational goals for the session.

4. The facilitator then enables alignment between the two lists.


After

Follow-Up Required: none

Usual or Expected Outcomes: List of goals for the program that is agreed to by the participants

Potential pitfalls: goals shift during the session.
