To increase the energy among the participants

Ideal conditions: Space between participants sufficient to do the exercise.


During

Context

1. Explain the importance of having physical activities in a group when planning or learning. Say that this is a quick injection of energy.

2. Ask the students to stand up.

3. Ask them to slowly begin stamping their feet. Have them stamp faster and faster.

4. Stop, have them spread their arms wide, put their fingers in the shape of claws and roar like a lion.
