To deal with impatience by some members of the group or the group as a whole

Instructions

1. Some participants have more patience than others when it comes to listening to a boring or poorly prepared session.

2. If people are tuning out in the sessions, be honest enough to ask whether we have done a good enough job of designing the workshop so that it is interesting, fun and appeals to all participation styles.

3. Modify your facilitation style.

4. Check with the group.
