Looking at your goals for the current year, Ask 2 Questions:
1. What was the best thing that happened to you last year?
2. What was the worst thing that happened last year?
Now, Make up a goal for the upcoming to continue the success of number 1.
And, make-up a second goal so #2 does not get repeated.
Exercise: 2-5 minutes, tops!
Usual or Expected Outcomes: two goals for coming year.
Potential pitfalls: might be perceived as too simple and not good for complex situations
