Instructions

During

At the beginning of a meeting randomly select the order in which every participant will take part in the exercise. Start the meeting as scheduled. Every 30 mins one person should stand up and walk around the whole room twice, and then sit down at his/her place again. The aim is that every person should remember his/her turn. Through this exercise a more flexible and informal atmosphere is created. Also there is a short break of 1 min in every 30.

Every group member should stay alert in order not to lose his/her turn in the game.

Potential pitfalls: Participants can get too obsessed with watching at the time.
