This is an activity used mainly in plastic arts and that stimulates non rational thinking. It's used as well in art therapy as a method of expressing with no fear.
Instructions:
•Department lead is stationed at a stationery Insights Board
•Remaining participants are organized into small groups with multiple departments represented in each group
•Groups rotate through each department's Insights Board. Department lead provided short overview of department's mission, key initiatives, priorities, etc. After presentation, attending group is invited to add post it notes with key questions, key actions they can take to support the presenting department, and feedback
