    Instructions

    Before

    Number of participants: 1-25

Types of participants: Widely applicable across many types of participant.

Integrate the questions into Action Planning Sessions.

    During

    RAACI =

The model requires the facilitator to challenge participants to:

    * determine the appropriate level of authority, based on the scale/nature of the 'task' and the experience of the 'responsible person'

    * determine the optimum balance between consultation before decision and information giving afterwards

    Ask the group to identify:

    * Responsible (the person and/or team who will be taking action)

    * Authority (at what "point" must the responsible person check in with before going further?)

    * Accountable (to whom must the responsible person check in with?)

    * Consult (who must be consulted by the responsible person before decisions are made?)

    * Informed (who must be informed of decisions, once made?)
