Materials
Instructions
The facilitator has everyone stand up and mimic their movements while everyone counts aloud.
While counting down, people shake their appendages in the air (first right hand, then left hand, then right foot, then left foot), and repeat this process over and over while reducing the count by one each round.
For example, participants would shake their right hand in the air eight times, while counting out "8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1" then they'd do the same thing for their left hand, then for their right foot, then their left foot. THEN, they would go back to shaking their right hand, but this time the count would start at seven - and this pattern continues until each appendage is down to one shake each.
