This is an activity used mainly in plastic arts and that stimulates non rational thinking. It's used as well in art therapy as a method of expressing with no fear.

Goal

- Leave behind prejudices and judgment 

Materials

    Instructions

    For this activity, we will provide paper and pens. Then, the participants have to automatically write a sentence with whatever comes to their mind, creating a poem together in this way.

    This activity will have two parts:

    1. First, you will create 4 groups. They will create a small poem and then they will try to find the meaning of it and explain it to the rest.
    2. Secondly, they will make a bigger poem all together and, again, try to find and explain the meaning of it.
