Materials

    Instructions

    1. Each team member attaches one post-it to the wall and writes their name at the top, standing in front of it.
    2. Team members move to their right and write one thing they appreciate about the person listed on the post-it they are standing in front of. * Coach the group to read what has already been written and work to provide something new to the sheet. * 
    3. Team members continue to move around the room until they are back in front of their own post-its.
    4. Team members share out loud at least one take away: something that surprised them, something that made them laugh, something they want to reflect upon.
    5. Team members are encouraged to take their post-its with them.
