    Instructions

When should this team alignment workshop be delivered?

A team alignment workshop designed for remote and online groups. Facilitate a group through a collaborative process to develop a new, shared understanding of “what it means to be us“, and how to tell and promote it to others throughout the organization.

You can use this workshop to help a team improve their alignment, communication and collaboration skills, all with the hope of being the best possible team!

This workshop can easily be reproduced in a physical environment, which allows more participants (for the same number of facilitators).

This workshop includes 3 main sections 1) The positive shared journey as a team, 2) The best possible team and 3) Story Theater. If finding six hours together is difficult, you might run a series of shorter workshops on each of these sections.

Who can facilitate this team alignment workshop?

Facilitators and team leads are well positioned to run this workshop on team alignment. We’d recommend including major stakeholders from within the team in the design of the session and if possible, bringing them in to advise or co-facilitate!

While you can run this workshop offline, it is most effective in a virtual setting by using on online whiteboard and a virtual meeting space such as Zoom. We recommend bringing a co-facilitator or tech support to get the most from your session.
