When should this authentic social media workshop be delivered?

When a team wants to build confidence and visibility on LinkedIn, it’s useful for:

    • Supporting a company’s brand identity, attracting opportunities, or simply helping individuals share their voice more authentically.

    • Running as part of a marketing development program or community-building initiative.

    • Supporting a campaign launch, a personal branding push, or following a company-wide shift, such as a rebrand or structural change, where alignment and visibility matter.

If you want to build a personal brand, go for it! But this workshop isn’t about going viral or turning yourself into a content machine overnight. It’s about finding a way to show up in a sustainable way that feels like you.

Through guided reflection, group discussion and simple, repeatable frameworks, you and your team will leave with a clearer sense of what lights you up and a personal action plan to help you join the social media conversations in a way that feels natural.

Who can facilitate this authentic social media workshop?

    • An experienced facilitator or team lead with an understanding of reflective practices, community building or social media engagement.
    • Best led by someone who can create a safe, non-judgmental space, ideally someone who’s been on the journey themselves and can model authenticity without pressure.
    • Bonus if the facilitator is familiar with LinkedIn and can share real examples (their own or others’) to inspire participants.
