Passing the Baton

Warming up and letting everyone have an opportunity to speak and be heard.

1. The facilitator will take the "baton" and introduce the game's rules. No one is supposed to speak except for the holder of the "baton."
2. The facilitator starts by sharing their Name,  Company, and what's he/she looking forward to achieving today. 
3. Audience to clap to acknowledge this sharing.
4. Pass the "baton" to the next person until everyone shares.

Gotten this concept from Menlo Innovations Inc. where they uses a horn and passing it around the team for daily sharing. Thought this is a good idea to allow people to share their thoughts and for others to listen.
