Priority Mapping

Cull through large sets of initiatives and identify focus areas.

1) Sticky note brainstorm on initiatives/goals/action items against a prompt/theme

2) Place sticky on template, mapped against Impact X Effort, Impact X Resources Required, Impact X Time Required, etc

3) Facilitator groups stickies by common themes, and reads out to room for gut check

4) Team aligns on set number of initiatives to focus on based on their placement on matrix
