The goal of this energizer is the ice breaking and the collaboration, creativity among the team.
Materials
Instructions
Create teams of 5 or more persons
Each team will choose radomly a vehicle provided by the facilitators (bus, helicopter, track, airplane, etc.)
The team members should be compained together and use their bodies in order to create the vehicles
This vehicles should be able to move
The teams will race with each other
The first team wins
Background
The enjoy and the fun times helps a team to create bonding and having better communication. This is what we are trying to achive with this energizer.
