At SessionLab we help facilitators and learning & development professionals design better workshops and training sessions. Our mission is to empower people to create change. We do that by building technology that enables better facilitation. We’re a small, fully remote 12-person team across Europe, with a powerful tool trusted by 200,000+ professionals worldwide.
We’re now looking for a tech-savvy, versatile operations generalist to support our internal operations and take ownership of essential projects – from finance admin and retreats to SOC2 coordination and internal workflows.
You’ll work closely with the founders, collaborate across teams, and have a meaningful impact on how we operate as a company. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable wearing many hats – from hands-on admin to higher-leverage systems work – and who’s energized by both.
