Capitalise on our strengths and manage around our weaknesses. Benjamin Franklin called wasted strengths ‘sundials in the shade.’

Research has also shown that by focussing on strengths, that there are positive effects on health, particularly depression.

By building and using our signature strengths, we can achieve:

  • higher emotional satisfaction

  • authentic happiness, productivity and success.

In other words, strengths make us stronger.
