Even if you don't apply the full SCRUM framework, you can adopt some of its practices.

The daily SCRUM meeting is a short (15 minutes) meeting quite often held at the beginning of each working day with the full team.

Foster interaction and mutual support

Align on priorities

The daily SCRUM meeting is a short (15 minutes) meeting quite often held at the beginning of each working day with the full team.

Every team members just answer 3 questions:

- What have I completed yesterday?

- What will I do today?

- What obstacles are stopping me progressing?

Just focus on these 3 questions. If you need more time to tackle a problem or discuss a specific topic, just organize a side meeting.

When a team member has an issue, an obstacle, quickly decide who can support, ...

This can be done of course in case of an agile team but can also be adapted to any team having to highly collaborate.

During the meeting, a Visual Management is generally updated to help the team take the right decisions regarding their progress, risks.
