Alternatively, you can also initiate the PDF export from your dashboard:

The PDF printout will include all information that your session blocks contain, including the timing, description, additional information, goals, materials, instructions and background information.

Importantly, the printout does not contain the content from your Notes area.

The printout is structured in a way that you first see a table overview of your agenda with the main columns that you see in the middle of your Session Planner tool. Under the table view, you also see all the Detailed information of your blocks. So if you have specific Instructions for a block that spans several paragraphs, it won’t be crammed into the table view, but it will be printed in the Block details area.

Only those blocks will appear in the Block details area that have any content added to the Block details section in the Session Planner tool (So if the block has any Goal, Material, Instructions or Background Information)

How to customise the PDF printout?

There are several options to adjust how your PDF printout looks like. Firstly, you may adjust the font size in case you want to have a larger font size.

The PDF printout will show by default the timing and the two main columns of the blocks that you can see in the Session Planner tool. However, you can change what field you want to see instead of the second column, or even remove.

This might be a useful strategy if you want to have one type of printout with a limited set of information (by selecting the ‘Nothing’ option and unchecking the ‘Include block details’ option), and another printout with all information.

How to change the printout from portrait to landscape format?

When you make a PDF printout (clicking on Export -> PDF/Printout within your session plan), then you can choose between the ‘Save as PDF’ and the ‘Print’ options in the upper right corner of the printout view. If you click on ‘Print’, you will be able to further customise your printout and save your changes to a PDF.
