When we are given a problem our reflex is to find answers. But it can be difficult to leave the comfort zone and to come up with creative answers. This exercise will encourage to think out of the box.

Goal

Come up with new ways of thinking.

Get the questions out you and your colleagues have in mind. Sometimes it helps to generate different & better questions.

Materials

    Instructions

    For a given problem do generate as many questions as possible. Do not try to answer them (yet). Do not judge them (yet). Don't explain why you are asking this question.

    After the brainstorming have a look at the questions you collected. When a particular question does provoke you to create new ideas and solutions, follow this path.
