To close a meeting with thoughtful reflection on the products.

Instructions

Before

Pre-Work Required: Design specific questions related to the topic of the meeting

During

1. Guide the group through a reflection on the product/ accomplishments of the meeting.

2. Can use the Focused Conversation Method.

Generic Sample:

Objective level:  Read out the product of the meeting

Reflective level: What part of this product is exciting or intriguing to you?  What part concerns you?

Interpretive level:  What are the implications of this product for us?

Decisional level: What are our next steps to implement this product?  Who will do it?
