Materials
Instructions
Step 1 (12')
Display in "gallery mode" all general information about Airbus Essentials, Corporate Goals, Team/Project mission, etc. to create a framework for the Collective Objectives design.
Agree which corporate objectives are most relevant to us?
Step 2 (5')
Display in "gallery mode" 1 empty flip chart per selected Corporate Objective (name objective on the top).
Step 3 (10')
Ask participants to record possible contributions to each Objective for the next working period, 1 per post-it, located on the relevant flipchart.
Step 4 (10')
Split participants into sub-groups to work on 1 or 2 flipcharts – cluster post-its into Themes, and organise on 2 axes, Urgency & Importance (low-high: left to right Urgency, bottom to top Importance).
Step 5 (3')
Each sub-group to debrief.
Step 6 (10')
Are there any overlaps? Are there any obvious connections/constraints between Themes? Discuss
Display all identified Themes on a flipchart as a list
Step 7 (10')
Request participants to identify the Themes they would like to contribute to. Write names on different color post-its and locate as appropriate.
Wrap-Up:
Congratulate the team! You have taken the time to frame and formalise your team objectives which are now aligned with the top company ambitions.
If you run it remotely: Prepare & share a Jamboard with the participants and use the breakout rooms feature for subgroups
