Instructions

Before

Pre-Work Required: Work out the specific focus question to be dealt with.

During

1. Brainstorm (write on separate flipchart pages)

a. Vision: What needs to happen?
What do we really want? What excites us? What is needed in this situation? What needs to be started, modified or continued?

b. Reality: What has to change?
Why isn't the Vision happening now? What are our concerns? What is blocking us?

2. Then look at both of these.

3. Critical Choice:  (record on a new flipchart page) What strategic actions can we take?
What can we do to remove the blocks to our Vision? What choices do we need to make? What will it take to get this done?
