    1. Pre-work for the facilitator:
In the Blue Spies enveloppe, put a letter with the writting "Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to come up with 3 ideas that will keep your team xxx (Airbus siglum, e.g. HUUE) alive/in the competition/striving/successful."

In the Orange Spies enveloppe, put a letter with the writting "Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to come up with 3 ideas that will make your team xxx (Airbus siglum, e.g. HUUE) die/lose the competition."

Make sure when the envelopes are closed, no one can guess which is for the Blue spies and which is for the Orange spies.

    2. Ask participants to form sub groups (ideally form an even number: 2 groups, 4 groups, 6 groups, etc.)

    3. Give out 1 enveloppe to each group (try to keep it even: 1 group of Blue & 1 group of Orange, or 2 Blue & 2 Orange , 4 Blue &4 Orange, etc.)

Each group will then discover if they are part of a Blue, or Orange spies team. They disclose their mission letter in an enveloppe "Your mission, should you decide to accept it. ..."

    4. First round (20 min): each group works on ideas, brainstorm, cluster, ...

    5. Second round (20 min): Create 2 groups Blues & Oranges (far away from each other so that each can discuss privately:  all Blue spies in the room get together and talk; all Orange spies in theroom get together and talk: groups share their ideas, they put in common, cluster again, vote and select 3 main ideas.

    6. Ask them to identify 3 speakers in each group.

    7. Third round (20 min) - (battle). Orange spies start and launch an argument, Blue spies try to counter-attack with their own ideas. Make sure the 3 speakers of each group gets a turn (in a battle-mode) all other participants are forming a circle around them.

    8. Collectively, Last restitution: From all that has been said, what do we collect as improvement idea/initiative?
