A game to create an event as a team
Setting: A classroom and participants are needed
Number of participants: 10-15
Pre-Work Required: Think of an event that should be created
Type of Facilitator-Client Relationship: Facilitator remains in the background, there to answer some questions
The group is asked to create an event, like a personal dog show e.g. The event is supposed to carry a crazy theme like in this case the most ridiculous hairstyles and colours. The team has to select committees to organize every aspect.
Follow-Up Required: Assessment of the process and outcome
Usual or Expected Outcomes: A fun and creative event. The team should be more comfortable with each other and realize their weaknesses and strengths.
Potential pitfalls: Some miscommunication and misunderstandings
How success is evaluated: A good organized event
